Long Term Accommodation

Our cedar cabins are available for long term residence, permanent rates are applicable to those who occupy the cabin longer than 12 weeks.

Accommodation includes either one or two bedrooms, kitchenette, lounge room, toilet and shower.

Long Term - minimum 12 week stay

Rent Security $500 - $1000

Rent includes two people $10 extra per adult $5 per child

One bedroom $300 - $350 per week

Two bedroom $300 - $350 per week

Monthly electricity account (what you use - you pay, average $60)

Long Term Cabins minimum 12 week stay

$250 per week including electricity

After 4 weeks $165 per week plus electricity

Prices based on 2 people $10 extra per adult $5 per child
