Long Term Accommodation

Our cedar cabins are available for long term residence, permanent rates are applicable to those who occupy the cabin for a minimum of 6 months.

Accommodation includes either one or two bedrooms, kitchenette, lounge room, toilet and shower.

Long Term - minimum 6 month stay

Rent Security $1000

Rent includes two people $15 extra per adult $10 per child

One bedroom $300 - $420 per week

Two bedroom $300 - $450 per week

Monthly electricity account (what you use - you pay, average $60)

Long Term Cabins minimum 6 month stay

$260 per week including electricity

After 4 weeks $165 per week plus electricity

Prices based on 2 people $15 extra per adult $5 per child
